I recently inherited some family birthday cards from the late 1940's. The cards have lovely pastel colours on a cream background and there are quite a few featuring bluebird images. I've come up with this vintage inspired design for you to stitch.
Also, what better way to mark the recent passing of Dame Vera Lynn than with a bluebird image? Maybe you will be singing that song while you stitch? I have it in my head while writing this.......
