This blog explains how to use Weblogic Scripting Tool to enable and disable OSB proxies.
Following python script helps us to achieve the required functionality.

For the above code to work, certain jars need to be added to the classpath.
CLASSPATH = <MWHOME>\wlserver_10.3\server\lib\weblogic.jar;<OSB_HOME>\lib\sb-kernel-api.jar;<OSB_HOME>\lib\osb-coherence-client.jar;<OSB_HOME>\lib\sb-kernel-impl.jar;<OSB_HOME>\lib\sb-kernel-common.jar;<OSB_HOME>\lib\sb-kernel-resources.jar;<OSB_HOME>\modules\com.bea.common.configfwk_1.7.0.0.jar;<OSB_HOME>\lib\sb-kernel-resources.jar;<OSB_HOME>\modules\com.bea.alsb.statistics_1.4.0.0.jar
MWHOME = C:\MySpace\MWHome11g
OSB_HOME=<MWHOME>\Oracle_OSB1
Got to OSB_Home/common/bin and execute the following command.
wlst.st setproxystate.py -d t3://<host:port> <consolepassword> <Project/ProxyName>
Eg: wlst.sh setproxystate.py -d t3://localhost:8001 weblogic1 TestProject/TestProxy
-e stands for enable
-d stands for disable
Known issues:
Sometimes, you would receive an error as follows.
Problem invoking WLST - Traceback (innermost last):
File "<MWHOME>\Oracle_OSB1\common\bin\setproxystate.py", line 16, in ?
ImportError: cannot import name Ref
This means, you either do not have proper jars in the CLASSPATH or the python script is being executed from different location than the above mentioned OSB_HOME/common/bin folder.
