Titan is the largest tidally-locked moon of the planet Saturn, the second-largest in the solar system (2% smaller than Jupiter's moon Ganymede), with a whopping diameter of 3,200 m/5,149/\.4 km and is 1.8 times the mass of Earth's moon.

Titan, much like Earth, has an atmosphere of mostly nitrogen being 50-60 % as opposed to our 78%, Titan's higher surface pressure makes it able for once to theoretically walk on the surface without a spacesuit. Rain also falls slower at a snail's pace of 3.2 mph (close to the speed of a manatee which is 3-5 mph), while on Earth, a speedy 20 mph.
Titan has clouds, rivers, lakes and seas of liquid hydrocarbons such as methane and ethane, the largest of these seas are hundreds of feet wide and deep. It is believed beneath the crust; however, there is a lot of ice and a subterranean ocean of water. This ocean could potentially host microscopic life; the surface lakes, by contrast, could support life of an entirely different organic makeup.
Pop culture
Titan has popped up in many aspects of pop culture and various franchises. For star trek, it has been seen in the 2009 film star trek nemesis as well as an episode of star trek: the next generation. Titan has also been seen in the show Futurama, the anime Cowboy Bebop and in various issues of DC and Marvel comics.
